Some of these experiences include Pro Rugby, American football, Netball, Elite swimming, and diving. I have optimized training programs tailored to each athlete's needs, emphasising peak performance and injury prevention. From rugby's fast-paced physicality to American football's explosive power, netball's agility, swimming's endurance, and diving's precision, each sport has taught me invaluable lessons in adaptability and perseverance.
